Arnie Klein Suing Michael Jackson’s Estate? Over What?

A lot of the drama surrounding Dr. Arnie Klein and his statements associated with Michael Jackson’s death, his friendship with Michael Jackson and other items has died down. Arne Klein is a man who spoke openly about the fact that he felt Michael Jackson was a bisexual man for example.
Arnie Klein is a very wealthy physician. He has performed plastic surgery on a ton of successful people over the years. This does not mean that Arne Klein can just loan a jacket to a friend and not have it returned. A ten thousand dollar jacket that Arnie Klein claims to have loaned to Michael Jackson was never actually returned. Arne Klein had to file a claim against his friend Michael Jackson’s estate in an attempt to get the jacket back. The claim was denied by the estate. It is unknown as to what Dr. Klein’s next legal move may be in order to get this green and gold Ferre jacket back.

Michael Jackson’s estate which is being managed very carefully doesn’t seem to have a lack of claims to deal with. As a point of personal perspective I could never imagine having an estate that large or even having an opportunity to legally maintain such an estate. The King of Pop was very successful for a lot of years and has been very successful in death. Many of the claims against Jackson’s estate appear to be centered around allegedly unpaid legal bills. Battles over a star’s estate often occur after their death, but many of those battles pale in comparison to what the Jackson estate has had to deal with.

Many people criticized Arnie Klein for performing too many plastic surgeries on his friend Michael Jackson. The biggest and possibly most explosive claim that he made during the whole saga was that he donated his sperm and very well could be the biological father of one of Michael Jackson’s children.
