Bradley Whitford is an accomplished actor. He spent numerous years on the NBC hit The West Wing. Whitford has been known for a lot of different roles over the years. He played a villainous role in the movie Billy Madison starring Adam Sandler. Whitford has now moved on to some more serious roles in either a movie or a made for T.V. movie.
Bradley Whitford is now starring in the Mitch Albom made for TV movie Have A Little Faith. Albom has had a lot of success with different films and books that he has written. Big Fish is a film that did particularly well amongst most critics. Whitford is someone who can play a serious role should work well with the likes of Martin Landau and Laurence Fishburne in the film.

Have A Little Faith will be airing in November on ABC. Mitch Albom tends to tell stories that ask viewers to think more about the bigger picture as opposed to some of the struggles that we currently face in life.

ABC itself may start looking for more substantive programming given that they just cancelled a show like Charlie’s Angels. Mitch Albom writes quality material and an actor like Bradley Whitford is a great person to get for a role with credibility. Bradley Whitford on the other hand has had a few misses in his career, including Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. The Good Guys was another short lived series on Fox that Whitford starred in.

Working on a Mitch Albom based project may in fact rejuvenate Bradley Whitford’s career. Mitch Albom is the kind of author that people want to work with whether it revives their career or not. The integrity of the project is going to matter to a lot of different people out there. Albom who is also a well known sportswriter probably gives a lot of sportswriters hope that they will one day have a lot of Hollywood-crossover appeal.
