Breaking Benjamin Vocalist Fires Bandmates via EMAIL.

Breaking Benjamin vocalist-guitarist Benjamin Burnley has fired the rest of his band.
According to a story in Citizen’s Voice of Wilkes-Barre [the band's hometown], Burnley axed guitarist Aaron Fincke and bassist Mark Klepaski via email after learning his bandmates had struck an agreement with Hollywood Records to issue a remix of their song ‘Blow Me Away.’
Burnley is seeking at least $250,000 and the exclusive right to the Breaking Benjamin name. Fincke and Klepaski both deny Burney’s claims and a Luzerne County judge has ordered arbitration. So far no one from the band’s camp has issued an official statement on the recent events.
Breaking Benjamin formed in 1998 in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. and signed with Hollywood Records in early 2002. They have gone on to release four studio albums that have sold well over 5 million copies in the US alone.
