Megan Fox claims ‘It’s really not a re-engagement’

After the alleged Megan Fox – Brian Austin Green breakup early in 2009, Megan Fox claimed, “We’ve been engaged for four years, so I don’t know why the story is breaking now like it’s new”, seeming to deny that the split ever took place and the re-engagement reports.

“[It's] really not a re-engagement … nothing is different,” Fox added.

The Jonah Hex star, 24, has met Green, 36, on Hope & Faith and began dating in 2004. The two got engaged for the first time in November 2006 and has been together for six years. “We are just even more committed to each other and we always have been. I am more in love with him now than I was in the beginning.” Fox said of their relationship that is ‘better than ever’.

Adding that she isn’t in a hurry to tie the knot, the sultry actress said “It’s going to be years! “I’m going to be 44 when I get married!”

As for the couples’ 12-year age difference, Fox couldn’t care less, and claimed that she does prefer older men, “Boys in their 20s are a waste of time. They have nothing to offer conversationally. I feel like I have a better shot with someone in his 30s.”
