The Survivors are one in Survivor: Nicaragua
Posted by Henry McCarty in TelevisionIn last week’s Survivor, Marty confronts his tribe mates about voting for him at Tribal Council. They tell him that they just needed to flush out the idol. He then gets on Jane’s case and tells her that she is not in a position to write his name down because he has always been on her side.
At the reward challenge, the tribes compete to win a horseback ride to a farm where a feast is prepared for them. Both tribes get competitive but Espada ends up winning the reward. Back at the La Flor camp, Jane works hard at trying to catch fish. When she eventually does, she goes into the woods to cook it and eat it herself, reasoning that she has worked so hard that she deserves it.
At the immunity challenge, tribes compete for tribal immunity. Both teams start off well but Espada ends up taking the prize home again. La Flor returns to camp and the scheming begins yet again. Sash gets the idea of convincing Marty to give him the idol in return for an assurance that he will not be voted off at Tribal Council and that the idol will be returned at the next Tribal Council. Surprisingly, Marty agrees when he could have just as easily secured his place for one more round by playing the idol. Brenda’s alliance is back and forth on whether they should blindside Marty or not. At Tribal Council, La Flor ends up voting out Jill.
In the next episode of Survivor, a merge takes place and the tribes are Espada and La Flor no more. Meanwhile, NaOnka steals food from her tribe mates which leaves all of them perplexed.
Survivor’s ratings were down by 6% last week. To catch the next episode, tune in to CBS at 8.
